Bryant Gomez, Managing Partner
Bryant Gomez is the founder and managing partner of Bryant Gomez & Associates, LLC. Bryant focuses his practice on the counsel and representation of condominium, townhouse and homeowners’ associations in all aspects of collections, litigation and dispute resolution. Bryant also counsels and represents individuals in a broad spectrum of matters, including personal injury, landlord/tenant matters, mortgage foreclosure defense, and DUI, traffic and criminal defense.
Prior to launching Bryant Gomez & Associates, LLC in 2013, Bryant was an attorney at Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit, P.C., where he represented hundreds of community associations in a wide rage of matters, including evictions, enforcement of covenants, rules and regulations, injunctions, contract disputes, administrative hearings, and the defense of claims directed against associations. Prior to joining Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit, P.C., Bryant was an associate at a general practice firm in Suburban Chicago, where he handled evictions, personal injury matters, general litigation, and real estate transactions.
Bryant has a wealth of courtroom experience at both State and Federal levels, including arbitration, mediation and administrative hearings, and handling jury and bench trials as lead counsel to verdict. Bryant is also fluent in Spanish.
Bryant Gomez is an alumnus of Southern Illinois University School of Law. Bryant is licensed to practice in Illinois and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a current member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and DuPage County Bar Association. Bryant is also a member of the Association of Condominium, Townhouse, and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA), and the Chicago Bar Association Real Property Condominium Subcommittee.
In 2013, Super Lawyers magazine recognized Bryant Gomez as a Rising Star in the area of general litigation—a distinction that is awarded to less than 2.5% of all Illinois attorneys under the age of 40.

James McLane, Partner
James P. McLane is an experienced personal injury attorney with a demonstrated record of achieving maximum results for his client. Jim has the skill and knowledge to successfully handle any person injury matter, including car, truck and motorcycle accidents, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, slip and falls, wrongful deaths, pharmaceutical negligence and underinsured/uninsured motorist claims.

Jim is an alumnus of California Western School of Law, and is currently licensed to practice in the states of Illinois and California, in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Allan Milan, Associate
Allan M. Milan focuses his practice on representing individuals charged with criminal, DUI and traffic offenses. Allan has significant experience handling a wide spectrum of criminal matters, including domestic violence, assault and battery, and felony and misdemeanor drug charges. Allan also handles civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury and collections matters.
Allan has successfully tried a number of matters to verdict. In addition to his bench and jury trial experience, Allan has also negotiated a number of favorable plea agreements and drafted and argued winning motions to quash arrest and to suppress the evidence.
Allan began his career at the Cook County Public Defender’s Office where, as a law student, he defended numerous individuals charged with serious felony offenses. During his tenure with the Cook County Public Defender’s Office, Allan represented clients charged with murder, residential burglary, armed robbery, and possession of a controlled substance, among other offenses.
Allan is an alumnus of DePaul University College of Law. He’s a current member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Northwest Suburban Bar Association, and DuPage County Bar Association.
